Judy Arpana

A counselor for 30 years, Judy Arpana specialises in grief and loss, and has extensive experience in conducting workshops. As a student of Buddhism for more than 40 years, she has studied with many Buddhist masters, and brings a vast depth of experience and compassion to her work in supporting people in the process of dying. Through her Buddhist connection, she also leads pilgrims on a journey to India with her Tibetan friend, Ngakpa Lama Karma Lhundup Rinpoche. With their combined knowledge and 20 years experience leading groups to India, they offer a unique pilgrimage to hidden gems in Tibetan communities around Dharamasala, meeting reclusive Buddhist practitioners, visiting holy caves, monasteries, temples and the opportunity to experience different aspects of Tibetan culture.
