Lisa Foster is the author of ‘Yoga Therapy – Strong and Healthy the Ryoho Way’ (Wilkinson Publishing, 2016). She ran the Ryoho Yoga Center and teacher training college in Sydney with her partner and founder of Ryoho Yoga, Andzej Gospodarcyzk and taught Ryoho Yoga and advocated natural alternatives to women’s health for more than 20 years.

Her passion for helping women rediscover what it means to feel healthy and strong was based on her own experience of curing debilitating endometriosis, avoiding a hysterectomy and having a textbook pregnancy and childbirth at the age of 39.

Until her death in 2016, she specialised in women’s health and fertility with a focus on supporting women to ‘get fit for pregnancy’.
