Jemima has sat in circle for many years, exploring feminine archetypes, stories and mythological journeys and mapping her own heroine's journey through difficulty and travail to a new belonging. Hearing the ancient tales, exploring the symbols and the way they operate in her life, and observing the deep impact on others, she was drawn to learn more about the healing aspect of story. Jemima travelled to the USA in September 2014 to study the creative process with Dr Clarissa Pinkola Estes and subsequently completed a Graduate Diploma in Transpersonal Art Therapy here in Sydney to deepen the knowledge of the healing available from within one's own psyche. In July 2015 Jemima embarked on a five year journey with Dr Clarissa Pinkola Estes to qualify as a facilitator utilising Women Who Run With the Wolves: Myths and Stories of the Wild Woman Archetype. Jemima is continuing her journey, having commenced a Masters in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Western Sydney University in 2017. Jemima worked as a lawyer in service of those seeking justice for harm for over 20 years.
